Login / New Registrant:
If you are an existing customer of RICH FOOD MART, you can simply login with your username and password.
If you do not have a RICH FOOD MART account, you will need to register before you can Check Out. Please enter your email address as your username. Kindly be informed that we will use your username (the email address provided by you) for login and all future correspondence.
Your account can have several registered delivery addresses. When you get to the checkout, simply select the address you would like your order to be delivered.
Security:
All our online commerce transactions are secured with Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology. This encrypts all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.

Promotions:
We will have various promotions and special offers which will be listed under category promotions from time to time. Select Promotions and click the offer that you want to avail.
New Arrivals:
We always keep you update with new products here.
Shop By Category:
Select the category from the top menu bar. An Aisle list for the selected category will appear. You may mouse on the aisle list to choose shelf categories, respective products will be displayed.
Search By Keywords:
The Search option is located on the top right. Type in simple key words, brands or specific products you are looking for, then press enter or click search icon to check for the results.
Shopping Cart:
After you have decided the product you want to buy, just click ADD TO CART to add the product to your shopping cart. The MY CART button is located on the top right of the website. It will show the total number of items selected by you and the total purchase amount. Mouse on MY CART to view your entire order. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart by the “+” or “-” icon next to quantity box.
To remove an item simply click "x" next to the sub total amount. The total purchase amount also appears at the bottom of the shopping cart.
My Wish List
[My Wish List] helps you save the products you would like to buy. You can add the product into the wish list by clicking heart icon next to the product on Category Listing Page. To view your wish list, you must be logged in, select Account Info and find [My Wish List] on the top.
How To Check-out:
Click [Checkout] at the bottom of the shopping cart.
Take a moment to recheck your shopping cart. If you are ready to pay, select your preferred payment method. Next follow the steps as shown on the page to complete the process. Your order will be processed once your information has been verified.
Order Confirmation:
Once the order is confirmed, an online receipt will be shown. You can print this page for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email immediately. If you wish to review your order, visit MY ACCOUNT.
Payment Options:
RICH FOOD MART accepts payment via:
- Cash on delivery. Alternatively, customers can also directly pay through PayMe, FPS, Octopus, WeChat, and PayPal. Our PayMe, FPS, Octopus, WeChat, and PayPal account details are as below
DELIVERY
- Delivery service is not available on Sunday.
- Delivery service is not available on public holidays and statutory holidays.
- Delivery service is not available for outlying islands - Chek Lap Kok, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, Peng Chau, Ma Wan, Yung Shue Wan.
- Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. The earliest delivery time would be within 24 hours. We deliver from 10:00AM to 6:00PM 6 days a week. Customer can provide any delivery remarks upon checkout.
- Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In such cases the deliveries will be rescheduled to the next available day.
- If delivery is cancelled, delayed or postponed due to weather, traffic or other factors , RICH FOOD MART shall not be liable for any loss or damage regardless whether the factor which causes delay, cancellation, or postponement is within the control of the company or not.
- RICH FOOD MART will take complete care to ensure that you receive all purchased items in perfect condition and in timely manner. In the event something is not right, please contact our customer service.
- Delivery service is available only for the areas directly reachable by our vehicles.
- In case of unavailability of elevator service for premises, delivery service will be made up to 3rd storey only (Counting from ground floor). An additional delivery fee of HK$40 per floor will be charged for the address located above the 3rd storey and elevator service is unavailable. Such additional delivery fee is to be paid in cash directly to the delivery driver when the items are delivered.
- In case of lift breakdown at the time of delivery, arrangements will be made to deliver the goods at another time.
CHARGES
Home delivery service is free when you spend a minimum amount. The minimum amount of spending depends on the address i.e., Area and District. For details, please contact us.
Home delivery is available with an additional charges delivery charge if the spending amount is less than the minimum amount. Please contact us for the details of additional delivery charges.
REMARKS
- The prices charged are those applicable on the day of order.
- All orders are subject to final confirmation and availability. RICH FOOD MART reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfil any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.
- We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.
- We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion
